Rumor: Final Fantasy 7 Remake To Be Announced For PS4 At E3 2015

Take this news as a rumor for now. One reputable website claims the Final Fantasy 7 PS4 remake will be announced at E3 2015.

Siliconera claims a legit Final Fantasy 7 remake is being developed by Square Enix on PS4. Siliconera usually covers Japanese gaming and is considered a reputable source.

The website claims the Final Fantasy 7 PS4 remake will be announced at E3 2015. It’s unknown yet if it will be at Sony’s or Square Enix’s press conference though.

As for Cloud, he will look great in the Final Fantasy 7 remake on PS4. He is set to look like he does in Advent Children and the new Dissidia Final Fantasy video game.

Siliconera stresses this is not the rubbish port of Final Fantasy 7 that was announced last December. This will be the real remake fans have been waiting for.

It’s possible Sony is helping fund the Final Fantasy 7 remake for PS4. Square Enix never did it on their own as they claim it would be too expensive. Street Fighter 5 is happening thanks to Sony’s backing.

The only legit information I can grab from this is that it’s being done to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the game. It’s possible it won’t be out until 2017. The info about the “modern art style” sounds interesting too.

Again, take this news as a huge grain of salt. It would be amazing if this is true though. But don’t get too excited yet until the official announcement happens.

I apologize in advance if this is wrong. Siliconera however is usually accurate when it comes to Japanese gaming news though.
