E3 is just a month away and that means gaming companies are going to be incredibly busy with figuring out just how they want to show off their future products. The biggest conferences at E3 are easily the ones that not just publish games but put out consoles, and now Microsoft has officially revealed their plans for the event.
The Microsoft press conference has been rather hit and miss in recent years, but last year was one of the high notes that only was not talked about as much because of Sony’s “Conference of Dreams.” They definitely want to build on last year’s showing and they will be doing it once again from the same timespot as they’ve become accustomed to for awhile.
The Microsoft conference will kick off at 9:30 am PDT on Monday, June 13 and will be broadcast on Xbox.com, the Xbox Twitch Channel, the Xbox Live Events Player app on both Xbox One and Xbox 360, and on screens in retail Microsoft Stores.
They will also be returning the Xbox Daily: Live @ E3 on Tuesday and Wednesday from 4:00 to 5:00 pm PDT with Larry Hyrb (Major Nelson), Graeme Boyd, Acey Bongos, and a number of other guests stopping by to weigh in on the goings on at E3, which will mostly be streamed in the same way as the conference.
The official Xbox Twitch channel is also going to be having coverage every day the show floor is open, which will run pretty much all afternoon on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Microsoft is also bringing back Xbox Fanfest where 500 lucky fans that are in LA will get a chance to see the conference live, check out exclusive games and earn some cool swag as well. More exact details can be found for this and the rest on the Xbox Wire website.
