Final Fantasy 15 is not out yet, but a Japanese exclusive demo is available now for the PSN. The demo is pretty cool because it has the 4K PS4 Pro options on it.

Arekkz Gaming has uploaded yet another comparison video showcasing what Final Fantasy 15 looks like in both 1080p and in 4K. It’s based on the Judgement Disc demo which showcases a part of the first chapter of the game.

There are actually two 4K options in the game if you own a PS4 Pro. There’s a 4K option that has all the visual enhancements but the framerate is locked. There’s another 4K mode with lesser details and the framerate is uncapped.

If you don’t have any 4K TV or monitor, you may not notice many differences at all. However, the 4K modes should offer more detail than the standard PS4 version.

It’s also worth mentioning that PS4 Pro support for Final Fantasy 15 might not be available on launch day. Square Enix is still working on the enhancements and will be bringing out a patch sometime in December.

The patch should have an option for PS4 Pro that targets 1080p with 60fps too. This is a great option for those that don’t care about 4K but want to play at a higher framerate. You can check out the video below.
