Does Spider-Man 2 Have Gadgets?

Simply put, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 does have gadgets. Similar to the first Spider-Man game, these gadgets are used for combat scenarios that can help with crowd control and managing the waves of enemies the game throws at you. Additionally, players can upgrade their gadgets by obtaining tech parts from completing main and side missions and activities.

All Gadgets in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2

There are six gadgets in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 that players can unlock when playing through the game’s missions. Each has its own ability and can be upgraded, making them more useful overall. As you gather the correct materials for unlocking and upgrading the gadgets, the game will inform you that it’s time to go into your gadget menu. Each gadget has its skill tree, so click on the one you’re interested in to expand it and check for upgrades available. Players must move in order (from left to right) and can’t skip slots until the skill tree ends, and the gadget is maxed out.

What is Suit Tech in Spider-Man 2?

Suit Tech is a section in the main menu screen, and it is a shared skill tree that upgrades the suit for both Miles and Peter. These upgrades focus on helping with health, damage, focus meter, traversal, and more. Like gadgets, players must find the correct and rare tech parts to upgrade their Suit Tech. Remember to complete side missions and activities to get the right parts for Suit Tech upgrades.
