Call of Duty Warzone is getting a Halloween makeover, and Activision is even bringing the community’s favorite Haunting of Verdansk mode. This year’s Halloween event will be called The Haunting, and the main event will be Ghosts of Verdansk in Call of Duty Warzone.
Apart from the challenges and different modes, this year’s Halloween event will also present players with Halloween-themed skins like the Scream and Donnie Darko skin. These skins have been based on widely famous horror film franchises like Scream and Donnie Darko. Here’s how you can unlock the Scream and Donnie Darko skin in Call of Duty Warzone.
How to Get the Scream Skin in Warzone
If you had wanted to scare your enemies before killing them or maybe have a little fun while slaughtering enemies, the Scream Operator skin is here for you. Warzone has added the spooky-looking character from the well-known movie Scream as the Scream Operator skin for this year’s Halloween event.
The bundle will include the operator skin itself, a “Violent End” finishing move, the “Cordless Phone” weapon charm, a watch, an emblem, and a calling card. Activision is also giving out three weapon blueprints, which include a knife as well. The developers have not given out any details regarding the price of the bundle yet, but expect the bundle to be valued at upwards of 2000 COD Points.
The bundle will arrive in the in-game store on October 19, when The Haunting event goes live.
How to Get the Donnie Darko Skin in Warzone
Another famous movie character coming to Warzone is Donnie Darko. The Donnie Darko Tracer bundle consists of a Frank the Rabbit operator skin and three legendary weapon blueprints (SMG, sniper, and AR). The bundle will even feature a finishing move, watch, weapon charm, emblem, and a calling card similar to the Scream bundle.
To get your hands on the Donnie Darko Tracer bundle, players will have to wait till October 24. There’s no word on the pricing here as well, but it might follow suit with the Scream bundle.
The Halloween event is slated to commence on October 19, while The Haunting should start from 10:00 PT, 13:00 ET, and 18:00 BST. The event will be ending on November 2 and will offer fresh cosmetics like the Necro Queen operator skin for Portnova, Disciple of Mayhem skin for Weaver, and Lumens skin for Maxis.
