Players can find the last EMF experiment in Spider-Man 2 inside the garage at Aunt May’s house (now Peter’s). The house is located in the Astoria district. There’s a catch, though, as you won’t be able to go and complete the EMF experiment in the garage until you have completed the main story and all the other EMF experiments. So, if you have yet to meet those two prerequisites, your first job is to do them.

Here is an image for the location of house on the world map (where my marker lies):

After completing the main story and all other EMF experiments, Mary Jane will call you on your cellphone, informing you that there is a package in the garage. Once the phone call ends, a marker will appear on your map, leading you to the last EMF experiment. Once you are done with the final EMF experiment, the Emily-May Foundation side quest will conclude.

Now that you know how to find the last EMF experiment in Spider-Man 2, be prepared for a touching and sad conclusion to the mission. I don’t want to spoil it for you, but I just wanted to give a heads-up!

All EMF Experiment Locations in Spider-Man 2

There are nine EMF experiments in total for the side mission. Check out the bullet point list below, pointing you toward all nine.

  • Chinatown
  • Hell’s Kitchen
  • Financial District
  • Upper West Side
  • Little Odessa
  • Downtown Brooklyn (two)
  • Harlem
  • Astoria (Aunt May’s/Peter’s house)

Keep in mind that when you select this side mission, a waypoint will direct you where to go for all of them, meaning it’s pretty tough to get lost. It’s also important to note that you must play this mission as Peter, considering the plot of the side mission revolves around him.
