You may need to find out how to get your hands on some Stone Bricks to complete some of the early quests, such as building a roof for your new castle. Fear not, as we are here to help you find out the best, and easiest way to get your hands on this material!

If you’re looking to get your hands on some Stone Bricks, there are a few other things that you’ll need to get first. You’ll need to craft a few different things for your new castle before you’ll be able to get the necessary pieces, however. If you’re looking to survive through the night, you’ll need to make sure that you’re crafting as many items as possible, as you won’t be able to complete building your castle without stone bricks, and even planks of wood.

The first things that you’ll need to get your hands on are a Furnace and a Sawmill, as you’ll need to get 8 Planks, 4 Copper Ingots, and 4 Whetstones to be able to construct the Grinder, the object needed to create these precious bricks. Thankfully, these are a little easier to build than the Grinder.

Once you have crafted those two items, you’ll be able to create the Grinder, which is powered by your Castle Heart. You’ll need to make sure that you have collected plenty of raw stone out in the world, as the Grinder takes these materials, and creates the much more efficient and valuable Stone Bricks, which you’ll need to complete the Build A Castle quest at the start of the game.

Thankfully, you’ll just mainly need to venture out into the world to find quite a few materials, and you’ll need to make sure that you have enough raw stone to start crafting Stone Bricks. You’ll need to make sure that you’ve collected at least 12 Raw Stones to create 1 Stone Brick, as well as 1 Stone Dust. You’ll need Stone Dust in the future to create extra Whetstones at your furnace, so get out there, and start smashing those rocks into dust!

V Rising is available now, in early access, on Microsoft Windows.
