Ubisoft has revealed a character from Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag that will make an appearance in Assassin’s Creed Rogue.
Ubisoft tweeted a picture earlier this week for the forthcoming Assassin’s Creed Rogue video game.
Ubisoft tweeted the message:
“Another familiar face is back in #ACRogue. Do you recognize the Assassin crossing swords with Shay?”
The character is none other than Adewale. Adewale was one of the characters that helped out Edward Kenway in Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag. Here he is looking a lot older, but he can still fight with the much younger character of Shay.
Assassin’s Creed Rogue takes place 25 years after Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, although the game is not a direct sequel. The game instead focuses on the character of Shay who is an Assassin-turned Templar. It will feature a lot of naval-combat much like Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag.
One thing worth noting is that Assassin’s Creed Rogue is exclusive to the PS3 and Xbox 360 only. If you liked Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag so much, this game will be your cup of tea. Assassin’s Creed Unity doesn’t have naval battles and focuses on a different era with new characters.
Assassin’s Creed Rogue comes out November 11th in North America and November 13th in Europe.
