Bandai Namco is currently listening to fan requests while developing Tekken 7: Fated Retribution. They are listening to requests concerning characters and more.

Tekken 7: Fated Retribution’s director,  Katsuhiro Harada, answered a few fan questions about the game via Twitter. It sounds like he was open to fan requests.

First of all, a fan asked if the game would be adding the many animal characters such as Roger, Roger Jr., Alex and Panda. Harada said: “If there are a lot of requests…” This is a hint that me may consider adding them in if lots of people demand for them.

Another request from a fan was to add an adventure/beat-em-up mode of the console version of Tekken 7: Fated Retribution. A fan wanted a mode similar to the story-based one featured in Tekken 6. Harada said: “Okay. We will do our best“.

Tekken 7: Fated Retribution is an updated version of the arcade orginal. It brings in a host of new characters including Street Fighter’s own Akuma. This is the version of the game that will be released for consoles. Sadly, Bandai Namco has yet to announce a release date for the console version of the game.

We just know the game will be released for the PS4 and will have PlayStation exclusive content as well as PlayStation VR support.
