Battlefield 4 to arrive alongside Battlelog 2

This article is over 11 years old and may contain outdated information

While DICE has yet to officially confirm this as true, recent teaser images suggest that Battlefield 4 will arrive alongside a revamped version of Battlelog.  DICE is referring to it as Battlelog 2 in a recent teaser tweet with an image from the stat tracking service.

Battlelog was introduced back in 2011 with the release of Battlefield 3, but there’s no word on what this “sequel” will bring for aficionados of the social network, and the first image (above)  is cryptic as far as details go.

The free service has been well received by Battlefield fans, and allows players to track all their in-game accomplishments, follow friends, manage squads, and a wealth of other stat-tracking options.  Hopefully the service will remain free for Battlefield 4 players when the game arrives this fall.

Battlefield 4 and presumably an updated version of Battlelog are rumored to arrive in October.
