Yesterday EA detailed the maps, modes, and other items that players would receive as part of Battlefield Hardline: Robbery, but one thing was missing from all the news: the release date. Fans must wait no longer though because EA and Visceral have revealed that Battlefield Hardline: Robbery will hit for Premium members on September 16th.
This is the second DLC expansion for the first-person shooter title, which takes the massive warfare gameplay of Battlefield and changes it into a cops & robbers style experience. Battlefield Hardline: Robbery adds in the usual DLC with new maps, a new gamemode, some fresh weapons and vehicles, and a few new customization options. The September 16th date is certainly good news, with fans having to wait less than a week for their new content. Of course, this is just for those with Battlefield Hardline Premium, which essentially acts as a season pass for the game. Owners of just the main game will have to wait two weeks for the DLC to be offered by itself.
Battlefield Hardline is available now for PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC.
