The biggest release this week is naturally Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, which is why most publishers are avoiding the week completely. Due to this, most retailers have tailored their ads specifically around the game itself, so we thought we’d share some of the best offers out there for those that haven’t pre-ordered the game.
Out of the major retailers, Best Buy offers the most gamer friendly with a few good savings that come with the purchase of the game. By buying Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare this week at Best Buy, you can save either $8 on a three month Xbox Live Gold subscription or $10 on a year of PS Plus. This means you can get a three month Xbox Live Gold card for only $16.99, while a year long PS Plus subscription will cost $39.99.
Target is offering gamers something free with the purchase of the game, but it is in the form of food. With the purchase of any version of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare at Target this week, you can choose to also get either a 12-pack of Mountain Dew cans or a 10/11 oz. bag of Doritos as well.
The last deal comes courtesy of Kmart, which is the weakest of the bunch if you are only buying the game by itself, but very solid if you are buying another recent game. By purchasing two of a list of over 20 qualifying games, you will earn 40,000 Shop Your Way Rewards points, which is redeemable as $40 in store. If you plan on buying two games, such as Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare and Bayonetta 2, you can instantly have $40 for a game like Assassin’s Creed Unity in a few weeks to use.
All of these deals will last until Saturday, November 8, so don’t miss out!
