A BioWare design artist has gone on record saying that Mass Effect: Andromeda will be the largest game of the series.

BioWare designer, Alistair McNally said on Twitter:Spent today reviewing creative progress on #MassEffectAndromeda. I believe it to be the best (and certainly largest) Mass Effect ever!

BioWare has stated that Mass Effect: Andromeda focuses on a new galaxy and a host of new planets for you to visit. From the sounds of things, the game will have larger levels and possibly more planets than ever before.

Not to mention the game will only be releasing for the PC, Xbox One and PS4 platforms. The older games were out for the older PS3 and Xbox 360 consoles. We’ve seen what the newer consoles are capable of and game worlds are getting bigger.

It’s also interesting to note that McNally claims Andromeda will be the best game of the series too. This is his opinion, but fans will have to make their own judgments when the game finally hits in late 2016.

Most gamers feel that Mass Effect 2 is the best of the franchise so far. The third game was controversial at the time due to its ending. Hopefully Andromeda won’t have the same type of drama when it comes out.
