Earlier today, Activision unveiled the multiplayer component to their upcoming shooter, Call of Duty: Ghosts. While fans got a first look at the changes being made to the game, Activision also addressed a situation that many Call of Duty players could run into this fall.
If you purchase the game and Season Pass for the Xbox 360, the Season Pass will cover you on the Xbox One as well. So if you end up moving into the next-generation when the new system arrives, you won’t have to purchase separate Season Passes for the Call of Duty: Ghosts DLC.
The Season Pass for Call of Duty: Ghosts will once again follow a familiar pattern. It’ll cost $50, and it’ll include 4 DLC packs. At least you won’t have to buy it again. And speaking of transfers, all of the Call of Duty: Ghosts stats that are earned on the Xbox 360 will also carry over to the Xbox One version of the game. Centered around the Call of Duty.com website, players will be able to access a suite of tools to showcase their accomplishments.
Call of Duty: Ghosts is set to arrive on November 5th.
