Capcom has announced that Cody, the next DLC character for Street Fighter 5: Arcade Edition, is set to arrive on June 26.

Cody made his first appearance in Final Fight (1989) before he became an actual character in the Street Fighter franchise. He has come a long way since fighting alongside Guy to defeat the Mad Gear Gang and is now the mayor of Metro City.

We haven’t seen too much of him in terms of gameplay, but from the trailer unveiled during Combo Breaker this weekend, we do see that he can use his signature knife with his first V-Trigger, Side Arm, while his second V-Trigger, Bad Coach, allows him to use a lead pipe alongside rocks which seem to work similar to R. Mika’s Nadeshiko V-Trigger 1 or Kolin’s Hail Storms.

Cody will be the fourth character added to the game as part of the Street Fighter 5 Season 3 DLC. Price points weren’t detailed, but they’ll presumably be the same as the other characters before him: $5.99/100,000 Fight Money, or with the other five Season 3 characters in the Character Pass for $29.99.

Street Fighter 5: Arcade Edition is available now for PlayStation 4 and PC.
