Ubisoft has announced that their upcoming racer, The Crew, will see a slight delay.  The game will now release in December, according to a statement by the developers, who reveal that the extra time will allow for a second console beta to be held.  The game had originally been slated for a November 11th release.

This second console beta will arrive in November on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4.  “We recieved a lot of valuable information from the recent PC and console betas,” says the game’s Creative Director.  “We are no scrutinizing all of the player feedback so we can ensure that The Crew delivers the seamless open-world experience that meets everyone’s high expectations,” reads a post on the Ubi Blog.

So what has changed from the beta?  Well according to Ubisoft, alot has.  Substantial updates include a removable HUD, more fine-tuned collisions, adjustments to difficulty, and better voice chat integration.

Look for the game to release in full on December 2nd on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and PC.
