Here’s how to get into the Destiny Beta this Summer

The Destiny Beta is due to go live on the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 in July.  Though getting in will require a commitment in pre-ordering the upcoming shooter.  Sony just recently started accepting pre-orders for Destiny on the PlayStation Store ($59.99).

To be eligible to participate in the Destiny beta, players will need to register at Bungie.net, linking their PlayStation Network ID with their account.  Linking the two accounts will ensure that you’re notified of the exact timing of the Destiny Beta, which has not be revealed at this point.

Destiny is due out in September of this year on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, and Xbox 360.  Bungie has not announced plans for an Xbox 360 or Xbox One beta for the game.

Still not sure what Destiny is?  Bungie recently released a video detailing “Everything you need to know” about the game.  You can find it here.
