Diablo III beta open to all this weekend

If you missed your chance to check out Diablo III, the beta goes live for all later today

The Diablo III beta will make one final appearance this weekend, when the beta goes live for all that have accounts on Battle.net. Starting at 3PM the beta will go live to stress test the game ahead of its May 15th launch.

The beta will run from Friday afternoon, until Monday morning, and the Diablo III beta client is available for pre-load right now on Battle.net.

The open beta follows an accidental release of a free-to-play version of Diablo III, which somehow made its way out ahead of schedule, just a few days ago. Blizzard hasn’t mentioned a free-to-play version of Diablo III in the marketing of the sequel, up to this point.
