Electrocute zombies. Decapitate zombies. Mutilate zombies. Dying Light has a lot of zombies, and, more importantly, a lot of ways to kill zombies. Well, now you can add ‘run over zombies’ to that list, too, as developer Techland have today announced a brand new expansion for Dying Light, titled The Following.

All-terrain dirt buggies are the big new addition in The Following, which features a map that’s the size of the entirety of both sectors of Dying Light combined. No release date or price have been detailed for the DLC, but Season Pass holders will of course be able to download The Following for free. This follows the release of Dying Light’s most recent DLC, Bozak Horde, which released in May. Bozak Horde added a brand new game mode, which tests the player’s ability in a variety of combat and parkour trials.

Dying Light was released in January as a spiritual successor to Dead Island. We were big fans of the game, praising its day night cycle, deep crafting and deliciously brutal melee combat.
