“Who’s next?” That’s the question that EA and thousands of fans are asking right now about the upcoming Madden NFL 18 cover. When will it be revealed? Who will be on it? Well, we obviously don’t know yet, but EA seems to be prepping for the unveiling very soon.
Perhaps we’ll find out at EA Play, the publisher’s separate event that takes place before E3 2017. EA will likely be holding their usual pre-E3 press conference at EA Play, which will take place in Hollywood, CA on June 10th through the 12th.
Madden NFL 18 will definitely be shown off at the event, though we might actually find out who will be on the cover some time before that. Typically EA finds a player who is either a major star, or on the rise within the league. I’m not familiar with football at all, so I won’t even try to speculate. However, if you guys want to educate me, I’d love to hear your guesses in the comments below.
This year’s Madden game hasn’t been shown off much at all, so we do not yet know what the big changes will be for this entry. EA still has an exclusivity deal with the NFL, making this the only official game for the league. Will they still deliver a big, fresh game for fans to enjoy? We’ll find out soon.
