Bethesda is hosting a free weekend for Fallout 4 on Xbox One and Steam for PC. From May 25th through May 28th, the game will be available for all Xbox Live Gold subscribers and Steam users. Players can try out all of the base content for the game, and try various mods.

The game will also be on sale during this time period. On Xbox Store, PlayStation Store, and Steam the base game and Season Pass will be discounted up to 67% off.

According to Bethesda, the game will be available for download on May 25th at 12:01am PT. Access will be removed on May 28th, at 11:59pm PT. The Steam trial is a little bit different in terms of times. Fallout 4 will be free to download on Steam at 10am PT on May 25th, and will run until May 28th at 1pm PT.

If you haven’t yet had a chance to play Fallout 4, this is a good spot to try it out. The vast open world of Bethesda Game Studios’ latest was certainly one of the studios best games to date.
