Far Cry New Dawn just released a little over a month ago as a bit more of a low key entry in the series similar to Far Cry Primal. Following up directly on last year’s Far Cry 5, Far Cry New Dawn was criticized by some for its $40 price point, but now it has already dropped to $20 at one retailer this week.

Best Buy is that retailer, with Far Cry New Dawn popping up in their weekly sales ad for only $19.99, down from the retail price of $39.99. On top of that, those lucky enough to still be part of Best Buy’s now discontinued for new members Gamer’s Club unlocked program would be able to get an additional 20% off of that, bringing the cost down to $16. This is only for the physical versions of PS4 and Xbox One though, so PC gamers are out of luck on this one.

As you can see by our review, we loved Far Cry New Dawn, so a $20 price point only a month later is a steal at this point. When you factor in the potential discount with those who still have GCU, it’s a must buy for most anyone.

In addition to Far Cry New Dawn, the weekly sales flyer for Best Buy also has a few other solid deals as well on games. Far Cry 5 is on sale for $24.99 itself, which is highly recommended to be played fore New Dawn. Fellow Ubisoft game Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is down to $25, though it has been as cheap as $19.99 recently as well. Red Dead Redemption 2 is also available at $39.99 this week, which is most definitely worth taking a look at for one of the best games of 2018.

All of these deals will run through this coming Saturday, March 22, so make sure to take advantage of these deals before they end.
