For Honor Season Pass Detailed – Adds Heroes, Outfits, and XP Boosts

For Honor is just under two weeks away from its February 14th release date on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. As has become pretty typical with AAA releases these days, the game will offer a Season Pass. What is in the Season Pass though has been a topic of debate, as the game relies mostly on multiplayer for its content. Today Ubisoft gave full details on the For Honor Season Pass, so check it all out.

The biggest thing you’ll get out of the For Honor Season Pass are the six brand new heroes. Released in batches of two, these new characters will be phased into the game. If you’re worried about making characters DLC, don’t get too worked up just yet. The Season Pass just gives players seven days of early access to the new Heroes, after which any player can get them using the in-game currency that is earned through playing and completing objectives.

Along with the new Heroes will come new outfits for them to wear, these seem more exclusive. Season Pass holders will also be able to add a unique sunbeam effect to their emotes, will get three exclusive emblem outlines, three crates that unlock in-game items, and 30 days of “Champion Status”.

This last item will also be of interest, if you’re wanting to level up quickly. It gives players and their friends XP boosts, as well as additional XP for other actions in the game.

“In addition to the Season Pass content, For Honor will feature free downloadable content that will be released over the course of the three seasons. This content includes new maps, modes, and gear that will be available to all players, but Season Pass owners will have an early access period for some elements of this content as well.”

The For Honor Open Beta begins in just a few days, so get ready to try it out before the game hits later on.
