If you’re eager to know more details about Tekken 7, brace yourselves as more will be revealed about the game later this week.
Tekken 7 director Katsuhiro Harada revealed the following news on twitter:
“I will let you know the latest information about Tekken 7 during the Namco Sugamo Cup”.
The Namco Sugamo Cup will be happening on Sunday 14th of September. This is obviously in Japan so your time zone might differ. Nevertheless wherever you come from, you can expect to hear more news about Tekken 7 by the weekend.
Harada also stressed that this is the first time the public will know about the information he’s about to reveal about Tekken 7 this weekend. The game just got announced a two months ago so there’s a lot of information we don’t know about the game yet.
Some of the major things fans want to know is the release date and what platforms Tekken 7 will be released on. It’s a safe bet the game is heading to PS4 and Xbox One, but other platforms are questionable. A PC version is rumored, but nobody knows if there will be a PS3 and Xbox 360 version yet.
We do know that Tekken 7 is out in 2015. Mortal Kombat X will be released in April 2015. It’s safe to say the game will try to avoid being released around the same time as Mortal Kombat X.
