The official Gears of War Russian website has a listing for Gears of War 3 on Xbox One.
The Russian Gears of War website only lists Gears of War 3 for Xbox One at the moment. It also has a listing for “Judgment” too, but this is for the ordinary Xbox 360 version.
The interesting thing about the Gears of War 3 Xbox One listing is that it has a release date for August 25, 2015. It might be coming out very soon.
Another thing interesting about the listing is that it’s for Gears of War 3 for Xbox One. It was speculated only the first game would be getting the remake treatment.
As for the game itself, Gears of War 3 on Xbox One promises to have a lot of improvements. There will be 7.1 surround sound and it will be 60fps and have its own dedicated servers.
All of the controls for Gears of War 3 on Xbox One has been adapted for the Xbox One controller too. There will also be new achievements for you to get on Xbox Live. It also includes “gallery sketches and comics available to unlock” too.
This new listing may be a sign the whole trilogy is coming out for Xbox One. We’ll get confirmation at E3 2015.
