343 Industries has announced that Halo 5’s Warzone Turbo mode will be making a comeback today. However, this will only be for a limited time, with the developer revealing that it will be available until May 4th.
Warzone Turbo is definitely one of the more interesting and intense variants of Warzone, as you can reach level 9 instantly and energy is replenished very quickly. The announcement was made on Twitter, saying “Warzone Turbo is back and available through 5/4. Call in your high level REQs and join the mayhem!”
The mode was actually the result of 343’s QA team tweaking around with Warzone’s setting in order to more quickly test out the mode’s features. Once they realized that they were having a lot of fun with it they decided to let the fans have a whack, and the reception has been very positive.
Halo 5: Guardians is available now exclusively for the Xbox One.
