Gamers are finally able to get their hands on a build of Compulsion’s very promising BioShock-esque game called We Happy Few today, and to commemorate the occasion the developer has released a new gameplay trailer that shows off even more disturbing gameplay. You can check it out at the bottom of this post.

The trailer definitely gives one of the best looks at the core gameplay that we’ve seen so far, as you wander around a dystopian town that is filled with messed up people that may or may not try to kill you. I know the BioShock comparisons are used a lot, but it’s definitely the game you think of first when seeing it in action. Everything from verall vibe is very ominous, and I can’t wait to check it out.

Luckily for everyone interested in checking it out, you can do so now via either Steam Early Access or the new Xbox One Preview Program. This will give you a solid chunk of the game to try out and get a feel for what it’s all about, but comes with the caveats that all early access games come with. It’s not a finished product, so if you give it a download be prepared to deal with some technical issues.

If you want a little more information on what to expect from the early access version of the game, you can check out our impressions of it by clicking right here.
