Hyrule Warriors hasn’t been out too long in the US, but the first round of DLC for the game is already here. Previously revealed as part of a Season Pass, which is pretty new for Nintendo, Hyrule Warriors will be getting four DLC packs full of content, the first of which is known as the Master Quest pack. In honor of the release, the official Koei-Tecmo YouTube page has released a launch trailer for the game.
Probably the most iconic addition in this pack is that of Epona as a playable weapon in the game. While not seeming like a weapon, Epona looks mighty strong in battle regardless.
In addition to a number of new costumes, such as the few Majora’s Mask based ones we told you about before, the Master Quest DLC pack for Hyrule Warriors will also come with new scenarios for you to play through, which can also be seen in the trailer. One specifically seen in the trailer is what is said to be a backstory for the villainous Cia on how she met Volga and Wizzro.
This pack by itself will cost $7.99 or you can buy the full season pass for $19.99, which will provide you with the special Dark Link costume as well.
