The J-Stars series may be something that most gamers in the US have never even heard of, but it has been around for a number of years in Japan as a bringing together of the popular Shonen Jump based manga series in game form. Nowhere else can you see the likes of Goku square off against Naruto and Yusuke, but up until now the series remained exclusive to Japan. However, Bandai Namco Entertainment revealed prior that it was finally coming to the US in an upgraded version of last year’s J-Stars Victory Vs under the title J-Stars Victory Vs+ and with a release only a month and a half away, they have brought us two brand new character trailers.
The first of the trailers is focused on the Toriko series as we see the series lead Toriko face off against Zebra in battle. This trailer focuses mostly on the Toriko side of the fight, as he searchs for the perfect meal in battle.
The other new trailer released for J-Star Victory Vs+ focuses on two different series. The first is that of Kenshin Himura from the Rurouni Kenshin series who is facing off against Reborn’s Tsunayoshi Sawada.
Look for J-Stars Victory Vs+ to arrive in the US on June 30 exclusively for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PS Vita.
