Joe Montana tweeted out a screenshot for Joe Montana Football 16. The game is being built with Unreal Engine 4. You can also see the logo for the game at the bottom of the screenshot too.
It’s worth noting that Joe Montana Football 16 may be an unlicensed NFL video game. This is because EA has an exclusive deal with the NFL to make officially licensed American Football video games. Madden 16 is expected to come out later this year.
Many people expect Joe Montana Football 16 will have fake or retired players. There will also be a number of fictional teams too. Only Madden 16 is allowed to have all the real-life players and teams from the NFL.
Joe Montana Football 16 has no official details yet, other than this screenshot. There were rumors flying around online that the game could be an Xbox One exclusive. Other talks speculated 2K Sports will be involved too. However, these details have yet to be officially confirmed.
