We finally saw the release of Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes on PC through Steam earlier this month, after initially releasing on consoles this past March. As with most every PC release, this has led to a number of mods created by players. There are of course the usual type of mods, but one in particular that has been circulating around the web is absolutely hilarious and worth checking out.
Hideo Kojima, Director of Kojima Productions and Vice President of Konami Digital Entertainment, is a very familiar face for most gamers. This is due to being the face of the Metal Gear franchise, as well as his constant trolling that has brought him a level of notoriety. Thanks to an amazing mod, Kojima has now replaced Snake entirely in MGS V: Ground Zeroes
Rather than adding Kojima to the game itself, the creator of his mod was able to utilize the hidden in-game model for Kojima and use him as the main model for Snake instead of Snake himself. The following video shows off this mod in action, with the reveal of Kojima at about the 1:50 mark. In particular, the scene shown off is the big reveal for Snake himself in MGS V: Ground Zeroes
