Infinity Ward is readying another new Modern Warfare 3 content drop, set to arrive next week. What that content will be, is anyone’s guess. Mark Rubin recently took to Twitter to relay the news, and said that the contents of the DLC will be revealed on June 18th, one day prior to launch.
It’s not a complete mystery though. The Call of Duty Elite content calendar shows that one multiplayer map, one mission, and bit of “classified” content is set to arrive in June.
Modern Warfare 3 saw a massive update in May. Free Face-Off content arrived for the first time, as well as multiplayer and spec-ops content for the shooter. Next week will mark the 13th, 14th, and 15th peieces of downloadable content that have arrive for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 since the game’s November 2011 release.
