Mortal Kombat X released back in April and was followed the next month with the Jason Voorhees character DLC. June then brought us Tanya and just a couple weeks ago brought us Predator, with the latter’s widespread release not coming until last week. The wait for the final DLC character is definitely not taking as long however, as it coming very soon according to the new trailer for Tremor.
This DLC will be the first time that Tremor is full playable in a Mortal Kombat game, previously appearing in Mortal Kombat: Special Forces. We already got leaked images from the previous update in game and saw how great he looked, along with previews of his fatalities and brutalities, but the trailer does a much better job.
Tremor looks to make great use of his powers in this trailer, with a pretty good variety of earth based attacks. He definitely looks like he’ll be a blast to use in Mortal Kombat X.
Based on the previous release schedule, it could have been assumed that Tremor might come in August, with the previous ones all coming one per month, but Tremor is joining the party in July. Tremor will arrive tomorrow, July 21, for Kombat Pass owners and then for everyone else next Tuesday, July 28.
Make sure to stay tuned for our impressions on Tremor to find out whether he is worth the purchase or not as the last member of this set of DLC for Mortal Kombat X.
