One of the most requested features by NBA 2K fans was for Crew mode to return to the hoops simulator. In NBA 2K14, 2K Sports has announced that the team based mode will be coming back in a big way. The Crew Mode allows 2K fans to create players, team-up with fellow crew members, and face-off in 5v5 hoops action.
A lot of the features from the last installment return in this new crew mode. 2K14 will allow you to create custom logos for your squad, take it online a represent. Leaderboards and stats will be tallied, and competition will likely be feirce.
In this announcement video from 2K Sports, the Community Team Up members reflect on what it means to have Crew Mode back in NBA 2K14. The game is set for launch on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on October 1st.
