New This Week in Video Games (2/21 – 2/27)

New-This-Week-2

This week brings us yet another solid slate of games to come out that offer very different types of gameplay options.

Far Cry Primal is the biggest game of the week, which is a full release in the franchise that takes everything back to prehistoric times instead of the close to modern day setting of the rest of the series.

The other big retail game of the week is Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare 2, the second entry in the unique spinoff series. The Mega Man Legacy Collection is also getting a retail release this week, complete with the special edition that comes with a special amiibo.

There is also a really big digital release this week with the first episode of The Walking Dead spinoff series based on Michonne. The week gets a very different Saturday release as well to celebrate the 20 anniversary of Pokemon with Red, Blue, and Yellow on the 3DS Virtual Console.
