New Uncharted 4 Multiplayer DLC Includes Classic Mode

Earlier today (June 20), Naughty Dog streamed the E3 demo of their upcoming game Uncharted: The Lost Legacy from their Twitch channel. After showcasing the demo and discussing it with a panel of Naughty Dog employees, the stream ended with an announcement about the new Multiplayer DLC for Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End. Naughty Dog later posted details about the DLC on their website.

The new DLC, which is available now, includes two new weapons, forty character skins, twenty-one vanity items, thirteen taunts, sixteen weapon skins and two new modes. One such mode is the Classic Mode, which uses rules from earlier Uncharted games, ditching multiplayer mechanics created for A Thief’s End, meaning no weapon store, no marking, no weapon mods and no radar. The other new mode is a Ranked King of the Hill mode in which players have to capture and protect varying hills with no respawns. Performances in this mode will be ranked based on “your total score, including objective score, offense score, support score.” Also, if your team wins by a margin of 100 or more, you will receive ten extra rank points.

Owners of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End can get the new DLC now. The DLC will also be a part of Uncharted: The Lost Legacy upon release on August 22.
