PlayStation Plus $29.99 in Black Friday Blowout

Recommended Videos

So, you bought a PlayStation 4.  You’ve probably realized that to get the most out of your new console, PlayStation Plus isn’t a luxury — it’s a necessity to access things like online multiplayer.  The good news is, PlayStation Plus subscription cards are going on sale during Black Friday for $29.99.

This is a huge discount from the $49.99 going rate.  The cards will be available at Amazon, GameStop, Walmart, Toys-R-Us, and Best Buy.  Even if you’ve already ponied up for the service, it might not be a bad idea to pick up a card, or two, for the coming years at this price.

PlayStation Plus doesn’t just cover you for online features, it also delivers games on a monthly basis to its subscribers.  The Instant Game Collection adds games across the PlayStation 3, PS Vita, and PS4 libraries as free downloads that accompany as part of the subscription.

You can find other Black Friday deals from Sony, over on the PlayStation Blog.
