The PlayStation Plus Instant Game Collection continues to grow and offers up some truly great additions in January 2015. After a couple of months of slightly disappointing entries, PlayStation Plus has come back swinging with another great month for subscribers. This follows the upward trend from last month, which featured great games like Injustice: Gods Among Us, Secret Ponchos, and Hitman. Take a look at the full list below, which has plenty of games no matter what PlayStation system you own.

  • inFamous: First Light – PS4
  • The Swapper – PS4
  • Prototype 2 – PS3
  • Duck Tales: Remastered – PS3
  • Duke Nukem 3D: Megaton Edition – PS Vita
  • Whoa Dave! – PS Vita

InFamous: First Light is a stand-alone expansion to the third game in the series, inFamous: Second Son. You do not need to own the original game in order to play it, so fee free to grab it even without Second Son.

To check out the preview video head over to the official PlayStation Facebook page by clicking here. As usual, you’ll have all month to add these games to your PlayStation Store account. After that you can download and play them all you like, the same as if you bought the games through the store. However, if you allow your PlayStation Plus subscription to expire you will lose access until you renew your subscription once again.

We haven’t yet heard what games rival Microsoft will be offering through their Games with Gold program. However, it seems like Sony is making it tough for them with months like this, which have added up to PS+ members receiving almost three times as much value for their money.
