Pokemon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire Upcoming Promotion Offers Eon Tickets Via Code

The Eon Ticket in Pokemon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire is a pretty fun and interesting mechanic. The ticket allows players to revisit the island where they caught either Latios or Latias, depending on the version of the game they have. Once there they can capture the other Pokemon, completing the set. Originally only a few select players were given the Eon Ticket, with them passing it along to others via Streetpass. This allowed the tickets to move around the world from person to person. However, for those that aren’t able to Streetpass often this might mean they never actually get their own Eon Ticket. Nintendo looks to rectify that this weekend with a special Eon Ticket promotion.

Check back at Pokemon.com to get a code that you’ll enter in your game to receive the Eon Ticket.

Starting on Friday, February 27th and going until Monday, March 2nd, players will be able to enter a special code to receive their Eon Ticket. The code will be displayed on Pokemon.com, so for now you just have to wait. Anyone who has already gotten an Eon Ticket cannot use the code, but really why would they want to? Once you have the ticket you can’t lose it, even if you Streetpass with someone and they get one. Instead it replicates itself, making it so both players have the ticket.

Once you have your Eon Ticket you just take the boat over to the island and nab your new Legendary Pokemon. If you need some help with the process, or with catching Latios/Latias once you are there, check out our guide all about it by clicking here. And be sure to let us know in the comments if you already got your Eon Ticket and how you got it.
