After Larry Hyrb, a.k.a. Major Nelson, recently featured in an Xbox One unboxing video, Sony fans were eager to see if their company would follow suit with a similar video for the PS4. Shuhei Yoshida said via twitter though that unboxing the console was something he thought “people will want to experience themselves.” He also answered a series of other questions through his Twitter account, including his confirmation that streaming does not require PlayStation Plus. Despite being short, his answers were very sweet to the ears of Sony fans.

All hope is not lost however for fans still gagging to see the PS4, as IGN have released a video analysing the console’s aesthetics. Within the video, they compare the size of the PS4 to the three available versions of the PS3; the launch edition, the ‘Slim’ version and the most recent ‘Super Slim’. They also show you all the ports and buttons on the machine, and even briefly look at the new, improved, Dual Shock 4 controller that will come with the PlayStation4.

The general opinion of the folks over at IGN is that they are impressed with how slim and sleek the design is; the video is full of praise for the PS4’s looks.
