Rock Band 4 didn’t launch with a synchronous online multiplayer mode last year, but developer Harmonix has revealed that the feature will be coming later this year. This mode has been in development since before the game even launched, though they claim that it won’t be ready until this holiday season.
Harmonix released a new trailer teasing this new feature, though they promise that much more information will be coming at this year’s E3. You can check out the new Synchronous Online Multiplayer trailer for Rock Band 4 at the bottom of this post.
Apart from the announcement of synchronous online multiplayer, there were a few other bits of information that the developer released, as well. They promise that they will be continuing to tweak and fix the problems that some are having with their DLC libraries, as well as the reveal that more details regarding the fall expansion pack will be coming at E3 2016.
E3 2016 takes place from June 13th to June 16th, though in the mean time you can check out the new trailer below.
