Disney Infinity 3.0 could be out later this year as it looks like the first figures have been leaked.
Infinity Inquirer found the images of Disney Infinity 3.0 that shows new figures including Mulan, Mickey Mouse Olaf and more. Disney asked for the post to be taken down, however a google cache allows you to still see the images in full. The fact that Disney asked the pictures to be taken down means this leak could be true.
The full characters leaked for Disney Infinity 3.0 are: Mulan, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Olaf, Sam Flynn and Quorra from Tron Legacy plus several characters from the upcoming Inside Out movie.
Disney Infinity 3.0 has not been officially announced yet, which is a reason why Disney wanted the leak from Infinity Inquirer to be removed online.
Disney Infinity 2.0 was successful for Disney last year as the company focused the game on Marvel characters. The Avengers, Spider-Man and even the Guardians of the Galaxy characters were all part of last year’s game.
It makes sense for Disney to base Disney Infinity 3.0 on Star Wars characters. After all, Star Wars fever is at an all-time high with The Force Awakens due out later this year.
We’ll just have to until until maybe E3 to hear about official details on Disney Infinity 3.0.
