Today there is sad news for Middle-Earth: Shadow Of Mordor fans on Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 as it has been delayed for those platforms.
The delay comes directly from Warner Brothers Interactive Entertainment citing that those versions will take additional time to develop. The release dates have been pushed from September 30th to November 18th in North America and November 21st in Europe. The next-gen versions on Xbox One and Playstation 4 remain the same whereas the PC/Steam versions are released internationally on September 30th.
Middle-Earth: Shadow Of Mordor is an RPG which begins the night Sauron returns to Mordor. It puts players in the shoes of Talion a ranger who loses everything he holds dear only to be returned from death by a mysterious Spirit Of Vengeance. As players take on Talion’s vendetta, they will unfold the story behind the spirit, the creation of the Rings Of Power, and confront his nemesis.
Middle-Earth: Shadow Of Mordor is set to release on September 30th for PC/Steam worldwide, and Playstation 4 and Xbox One in North America, October 3rd in Europe. Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 versions will release on November 18th in North America and November 21st in Europe.
