Some interesting news has been revealed about Kingdom Hearts 3 this week. Square Enix knows a release date for it.
As reported by KH13, Tetsuya Nomura was interviewed by Dengeki PlayStation. They asked him about the status of the release date for Kingdom Hearts 3.
Nomura confirmed that Square Enix has “reached an agreement” about the release date for Kingdom Hearts 3. However, he’s not willing to talk more about it yet sadly.
However, Nomura said they plan to make more announcements about Kingdom Hearts 3 during the Kingdom Hearts Fan Event on November 3rd, 2015.
It sounds like Nomura is suggesting a release date announcement for Kingdom Hearts 3 could be happening in November 2015. Don’t get your hopes up if Square Enix changes their mind, but at least they are thinking of a release date already.
Many people (including myself) thought Square Enix had no clue as to when Kingdom Hearts 3 would be out. The game was announced back at E3 2013 and they made no indication of a release year let alone a specific release date.
Hopefully Kingdom Hearts 3 will be out in 2016 if a release date is to be announced later this year. If not, fans will just to wait longer for any news on when it’s coming out…
