It seems after a blistering last few days filled with great deals, the Steam sale will be coming to a close with a paltry haul for bargain binners in the last hours of the sale. We’ve put together the best games of the final day of the Steam sale so that you can save your time and money!

Games You Should Highly Consider

  • Red Faction – $1.99 The game that started the Red Faction series. Nostalgia blast for all the oldies.
  • Red Faction 2 – $1.49 Wasn’t as well received as the original, but it’s dirt cheap!
  • Red Faction Guerilla Steam Edition – $2.99 Arguably has the best balance (within the Red Faction series) between gameplay and visuals.
  • Red Faction Armageddon – $2.99 Had some issues, but is still a fun game, especially at $2.99.
  • Tomb Raider 1 – $1.39 Pure nostalgia buy.
  • Tomb Raider 2 – $1.39 See above.
  • Tomb Raider 3 – $1.39 See above.
  • Tomb Raider 4: The Last Revelation – $1.39 See above.
  • Tomb Raider 5: Chronicles – $1.39 See above.
  • Tomb Raider 6: The Angel of Darkness – $1.39 See above.
  • Tomb Raider Legend – $1.39 First reboot, was mildly successful, fun for $1.39.
  • Tomb Raider: Anniversary – $1.79 Now you can have your nostalgia within your nostalgia!
  • Tomb Raider: Underworld – $1.79 Solid Tomb Raider game at dirt cheap price.
  • Tomb Raider – $3.99 The first generally well received Tomb Raider reboot at a bargain bin price. If you don’t already have it, you’re missing out.

Writer’s Recommendations

  • Breach & Clear – $3.74 A little known game that brings back memories of the old Rainbow Six Rogue Spear games. If you liked the tactical aspects of Rainbow Six games, you’re going to like this.
  • Aliens: Colonial Marines – $2.99 Yes, this game’s release was a disaster. However, it’s now dirt cheap and if you just want to get a fix for a shooter in the Aliens series, well, $2.99 isn’t bad.
  • The Bureau: XCOM Declassified – $3.99 Didn’t release terribly well as people really didn’t like the fact that it called itself an XCOM game, but it is enjoyable in its own right as a cheap, mildly tactical shooter.

Basically a lot of Tomb Raider and Red Faction to close out an eventful fall Steam sale.
