We knew that Tales from the Borderlands Episode 4: Escape Plan Bravo would be coming this month, but now we have the specific release dates for all platforms. Starting next week, the penultimate episode will be available on PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PC, and mobile.

Tales from the Borderlands Episode 4 will launch on August 18th for PC, Mac, and PlayStation platforms. August 19th will follow with releases on Xbox 360 and Xbox One. Mobile, meaning iOS and Android, will arrive the next day on August 20th.

A few screenshots were revealed alongside the release date, showing a few scenes from the upcoming episode that should excite fans. As the original tease implied, it looks like our heroes, or at least some of them, will be making their way to space.

“We certainly left our unlikely heroes in a precarious position at the end of the last episode,” reads the announcement page. “After being captured by Vallory and her goons at the end of Episode 3, Rhys and Fiona are now forced to continue the search for the Vault beacon – at gunpoint. The beacon is on the Hyperion moon base (Helios), while our heroes are on Pandora… so there’s the pesky cold void of death known as ‘space’ to overcome.

“Even with assistance from a familiar face, and with a worryingly helpful Handsome Jack hitching a ride in Rhys’ head, getting on board the ominous ‘H’ is going to take every drop of guile, and quite possibly all the spunk you’ve got.”

You can see a couple more screenshots at the PlayStation Blog page, and you can read all of our Tales from the Borderlands reviews right here.
