At long last, Tekken 7 players who’ve been waiting to get their hands on Ultimate Tekken Bowl and the rest of the game’s first DLC pack won’t have to wait much longer. Due to a recent update, what was once a vague “August” release window, is now a more specific Aug. 31.

The news comes from Bandai Namco’s official twitter page, announcing in a tweet that Tekken 7’s first DLC Pack is due out a week from now.

“The first Tekken 7 DLC Pack is out August 31st! Get ready for the next bowling match now!”

For those unfamiliar with Ultimate Tekken Bowl, the mode sounds exactly how it sounds like, it’s bowling with Tekken characters. The only difference between this and regular, old bowling is that it’s Ultimate, featuring the glitz, glam and over-the-top appearances that Tekken is known for.

Outside of that, the DLC pack is a fairly standard affair, featuring a slew of costumes with every character getting at least one with some getting as many as three. Here’s a quick breakdown of what costumes you can expect once the pack arrives next week:

  •  Blood Vengeance School Uniforms (Xiaoyu & Alisa)
  • Swimsuits (All female fighters)
  • Vintage 1920’s bathing suits
  • THE iDOLM@STER themed outfits (All female fighters)
  • Traditional Japanese Fundoshi (All Male fighters)

At this point, the only thing we don’t about the Tekken 7 DLC is the individual price. Fortunately, those who purchase the Season Pass ($24.99) will be able get this content for free as its included in the bundle.

Tekken 7 is available on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, and has been a huge success since it debuted, selling about 1.66 million copies — a number which puts the game on track to meet Bandai Namco’s sales expectations.
