Geralt on the go

The Witcher 3 is coming to Nintendo Switch! The announcement was just made during Nintendo’s E3 2019 presentation which was full of details on upcoming games for the handheld/home console hybrid. Featuring a brief glimpse of gameplay and cutscenes, the reveal shows off CD Projekt Red’s massively popular RPG title playing in handheld mode. While we didn’t get a firm release date, The Witcher 3 Complete Edition is coming later this year.

Fans will certainly be excited, as well as potential new players. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has been a huge success and has become many gamers’ favorite game of all time. Being able to play it on-the-go will certainly be worth the price of admission for some. However, there will surely be some graphical downgrades, as seen in other titles and in the new trailer.

We’ll have that added to this article as soon as it is available, so keep checking back for more as E3 2019 develops. The Nintendo Direct has just begun too, and we’re sure to have more surprises along the way. Keep checking AOTF for all the news from Nintendo and E3. And shout out in the comments if The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Complete Edition on Switch is what you’ve been waiting for.
