Toronto Raptors Reveal New Uniforms Via NBA 2K16

The Toronto Raptors have revealed their new uniforms via renders taken from NBA 2K16.

All of the details were revealed on NBA.com. The new uniforms and jerseys look very modern and represent the city of Toronto well.

If you visit the team’s home page, all of the uniforms have been rendered using the NBA 2K16 game engine. The graphics are very impressive as it looks like actual photographs were used.

There are four different jerseys that the Toronto Raptors will wear in the 2015/2016 NBA season. This includes the Home, Away, Home Alternative and Away Alternative designs.

If you want to the buy the jerseys yourself, they will be available in Fall 2015. Obviously, you will be able to see the jerseys themselves in NBA 2K16.

This is the first time that an NBA team has unveiled new uniforms via renders from a video game. This goes to show us how realistic graphics have now become in order to achieve this. This would have looked odd back in the N64/PSOne era.

NBA 2K16 will be out September 29th, 2015 for the PC, PS4, PS3, Xbox One and Xbox 360.
