Total War: Warhammer Receives Behind The Scenes Series, In-Engine Trailer Coming Friday

Fans have been eagerly awaiting information regarding the upcoming Total War: Warhammer title from SEGA and it looks like they will have plenty to chew on this week.

A new video series dubbed, ‘Total War: Warhammer Introducing…” has been announced by the fine folks at The Creative Assembly & SEGA that will introduce various characters and units that players will be able to control in the upcoming Warhammer themed title. First up are Demigryphs which are an elite unit that peck and claw their way through enemy units. They serve as calvary for the Empire and are a part eagle, part lion hybrid creature.

Only the most renowned knights have the honor of riding these brutal and powerful creatures for the Empire. Demigryphs are known to use their strength to pin their enemies down and basically peck them to death. Check out the video below that takes a closer look at the unit.

The video is pretty inforative and interesting given how much detail the developers are going into. Warhammer fans should appreciate the care that is going into the game to stay true to the source. Total War: Warhammer is set to release on PC with no date announced. Fans will be able to catch the first in-engine trailer for Total War: Warhammer later this week on Friday, July 17th.
